Daniel O'Neill is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in the residential foundation repair and waterproofing industry. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Daniel has cultivated a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and community needs.
With a strong passion for delivering high-quality residential foundation services, Daniel has dedicated his career to ensuring that clients receive first class solutions tailored to their unique requirements. As the President of Ottawa Structural Residential Services, Daniel leads with integrity, vision, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. His leadership is characterized by a hands-on approach, fostering collaborative relationships both within the organization and with clients, suppliers, and partners alike.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Daniel finds joy in a variety of activities that enrich his life. A sports enthusiast - Ottawa Senators fan, he delights in watching games and matches, appreciating the camaraderie and excitement of competitive sports. Daniel also nurtures his wanderlust through travel, eagerly exploring new destinations. Daniel's love for his family radiates through every aspect of his life, his commitment to the family remains loyal, serving as a source of strength and inspiration for all who know him. In his eyes, the happiness and well-being of his family are paramount, and he takes great pride and joy in nurturing these precious relationships every day.
Michael R. O'Neill
(General Manager)
Michael completed his studies for Civil Engineering Technician at Sheridan College and started his career with Golder Associates in 1989. Throughout his profession he has travelled extensively, spending time in Camden County Georgia and the greater Atlanta area working on landfill expansion and closures with Golder Construction Services then predominantly across Northern Ontario overseeing the closure projects of uranium mining for Denison Mines and Rio Algom Mining, along with nickel mining for Falconbridge Limited and Placer Dome in Musselwhite during their gold mining operations.
In March of 1998 Michael joined the family business which was established in 1979, his vast experience working with Golder Associates and Golder Construction Services has brought an incredible amount of knowledge to Ottawa Structural Residential Services. His understanding of our leda clay soil from the Champlain sea in the Ottawa valley allows our clients to understand the reason why their homes are experiencing structural problems, whether it’s from our changing soil conditions due to climate changes, adhesion freezing or deterioration; he can explain this in simple terms.
During his spare time Michael enjoys scuba diving as a professional certified Divemaster, he is an aspiring fisherman and takes pride in his renovations and landscaping projects.
Tracey McCarthy
(Service Coordinator)
Tracey McCarthy is a dedicated professional with a passion for customer service excellence. With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Tracey has primarily focused on aggregates, showcasing her expertise and commitment to quality. Tracey joined Ottawa Structural Residential Services in 2020 and is a valued member of the Ottawa Structural team.
Tracey is thrilled to bring her skills to the forefront, ensuring that clients receive top-notch assistance with their service requests and requirements. With a degree in Anthropology complemented by a minor in History, Tracey brings a unique perspective to her role, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for learning.
Outside of work, Tracey enjoys exploring the great outdoors, spending time with animals, and embracing opportunities for personal growth.

Throughout her career, Natalie has held progressively senior leadership positions, showcasing her broad expertise in various domains. Her skill set encompasses process improvement, direct sales, design, strategic planning, event coordination, communications, administration, reporting, staff training, scheduling, client relationship management, project management, analytical research, and change management. Natalie excels in communication, liaising, and leadership, effortlessly establishing positive rapport with clients, colleagues, superiors, and other professionals within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
